Gaza City:Hamas has accused Israel of perpetuating genocide against Palestinians and violating a ceasefire agreement with continued attacks in the Gaza Strip.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Hamas issued a statement condemning the Israeli occupation army's actions, highlighting a recent incident in western Gaza City where an attack resulted in the deaths of five Palestinians. Hamas described these ongoing military actions as dangerous and detrimental to the chances of upholding the ceasefire agreement.

The Palestinian group holds the Israeli authorities and their leaders fully responsible for the consequences of these actions. In response, Hamas has urged mediator countries, the guarantor states of the ceasefire agreement, and the United States government to take action to halt what it describes as Israel's crimes.
