Kabul: Director General for South Asian Affairs at Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Reza Bahrami and Amir Khan Muttaqi, the foreign minister of Afghanistan's Taliban-led government, have discussed issues of mutual interest. The meeting took place in Afghanistan on Monday, focusing on the review of bilateral relations and regional issues.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, both Bahrami and Muttaqi expressed satisfaction with the development of relations between Iran and Afghanistan. The discussions highlighted the importance of continued collaboration and dialogue between the two nations in addressing regional matters.
