Iran Armed Forces Credited for US and Israeli Withdrawal During 40-Day War

Tehran: A senior Iranian judicial official has commended Iran's Armed Forces for compelling the withdrawal of US and Israeli forces during the recent 40-day conflict, attributing their efforts to enhancing Iran's international stature.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Hojjatoleslam Ahmad Pourkhaghan, who leads the Armed Forces Judicial Organization, expressed these sentiments in a meeting with Brigadier General Ali Jahanshahi, the commander of the Iranian Army Ground Force. During this meeting, Pourkhaghan emphasized the pivotal role played by the Armed Forces under challenging conditions, highlighting General Jahanshahi's leadership as crucial in sustaining the troops' morale and motivation throughout the conflict.

Pourkhaghan further acknowledged the effective cooperation among the Army, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), and border guard units. He emphasized that the coordination between these forces was instrumental in the successful execution of their missions and in safeguarding the nation's borders.
