Tehran: Iran's Acting Defense Minister, Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Ibn al-Reza, declared that Iran has achieved a strategic victory over the United States and the Israeli regime by leveraging its indigenous capabilities, firmly stating that Tehran will never yield to pressure.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, during a meeting with foreign military attach©s in Tehran on National Defense Industry Day, Brigadier General Ibn al-Reza emphasized that Iran's defense industry has been built through years of self-reliance and indigenous expertise. He highlighted the role of this industry in enhancing the capabilities of Iran's Armed Forces and contributing to the country's deterrence strategy.
The acting defense minister pointed to recent conflicts imposed by the United States and Israel, noting that despite these external pressures, Iran's defense industry has maintained its production lines for military equipment and has successfully deployed new offensive and defensive systems on the battlefield.
Ibn al-Reza underscored that Iran's defense prowess is rooted in indigenous capacities, the preparedness of its Armed Forces, and national unity. He reiterated that Iran would not succumb to external pressures, asserting that effective deterrence is reliant on indigenous technology and national industrial strength.
Furthermore, he criticized the United States and the Israeli regime for exacerbating regional and global crises and expressed disappointment over the ineffectiveness of international institutions in preventing wars and violations of nations' rights. Ibn al-Reza advocated for regional cooperation to establish a collective security mechanism in the Persian Gulf, affirming Iran's commitment to defending its sovereignty while expressing readiness to collaborate for regional peace and stability.
