Iran Becomes Second Global Producer of High-Pressure Lubrication Boxes

Tehran: An Iranian knowledge-based company has successfully developed and deployed the country’s first high-pressure lubrication box capable of injecting oil at up to 550 bars per minute. The CEO of the company, Mohammad Bagher Alizadeh, made the revelation on the sidelines of the Far-e Iran (Glory of Iran) Exhibition on Monday, highlighting the company’s role in the field of registering parts and equipment for oil companies, with about 250 to 260 projects implemented to date.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the product showcased at the exhibition is a high-pressure lubrication box, which meticulously regulates oil droplets in a precise, dosing manner akin to medicine. The research and development phase lasted approximately eight months, followed by a four-month construction period for the pump, which is currently operational at the Tabriz Refinery.

Alizadeh explained that this device is essential in lubrication systems for pumps, motors, compressors, and high-pressure oxygen generators. This achievement positions Iran as the second producer of high-pressure lubrication pumps globally, following the United States.

The Far-e Iran Exhibition, which began on Sunday, is a platform for Iran’s most advanced knowledge-based technologies. It saw participation from the Vice President for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy, Hossein Afshin, alongside representatives from numerous tech companies. The exhibition spans various sectors, including oil, energy, health and pharmaceuticals, and artificial intelligence and software.
