Tehran: Following the deadly floods and landslides in Nepal leaving heavy casualties, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has expressed sympathy with the government and people of Nepal. In a message of condolence to Nepalese President Ram Chandra Poudel, President Pezeshkian also announced Iran's readiness to provide humanitarian assistance.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, on Wednesday morning local time, August 26, severe floods and landslides in a border region between Nepal and China left hundreds dead and missing.
