Tehran: Deputy Coordinator of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari emphasized Iran's position against a technologically advanced adversary, highlighting modern warfare as a contest of endurance and determination.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Sayyari made these remarks during a ceremony at the Army headquarters, which honored top recruitment officers. The event focused on reviewing recruitment strategies and enhancing efforts to attract skilled personnel through the national university entrance examination.

The Army unveiled a third-generation recruitment, selection, and employment system, developed by its Human Resources Department using artificial intelligence. This system facilitates the identification and recruitment of talented candidates and provides online testing capabilities accessible to all Army units.

Sayyari underscored the significance of high-quality personnel, stating, "The most important capital of any organization is its human resources, because people with qualitative characteristics can contribute to the growth of organizations." He emphasized that human resources are crucial for strengthening the Army's combat capabilities.

He attributed the Army's resilience during the eight-year imposed war, despite sanctions, to its qualified personnel. Sayyari remarked on Iran's successful performance in recent wars, attributing it to the enemy's failure to achieve their objectives.

Reflecting on the eight-year war with Iraq's Ba'athist regime, Sayyari recounted the enemy's miscalculations, noting their prolonged entrapment in Khorramshahr. He described modern warfare as a test of willpower and resilience, asserting Iran's successful performance in these aspects.

The ceremony concluded with acknowledgments to the Army's recruitment officers from various sections.
