Nowshahr:Iran must enhance its national power and develop capabilities to protect its independence and security, as stated by Navy Deputy Commander Rear Admiral Faramarz Bemani.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Bemani emphasized Iran's strategic geopolitical position, abundant resources, and strategic capabilities during a speech at the Iranian Navy base in Nowshahr. He noted that these factors highlight the importance of defending national interests and enhancing the country's deterrence capabilities.

Bemani also pointed out the ongoing hostility from hegemonic powers towards Iran, which has been expressed in various forms over the years. This, he stated, makes it crucial to understand and implement methods to counter potential threats effectively.
