Aktau: Iran's Minister of Roads and Urban Development has highlighted the importance of enhancing port and transit relations with Kazakhstan. Farzaneh Sadegh's remarks came during a meeting with Iranian businesspeople in Aktau, Kazakhstan.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Sadegh's visit to the Caspian Sea littoral country included discussions with Kazakh officials such as the ministers of transport, trade and integration, and economy. These meetings focused on exploring avenues for expanding bilateral relations between the two nations.

The key objectives of Sadegh's trip were to improve connectivity and boost the transit capacity for agricultural products, oil products, and other goods between Iran and Kazakhstan. The discussions aimed to identify strategies that would facilitate the movement of goods and enhance trade ties.
