Tehran: Commander of the Iranian Army's Air Defense Force emphasized that the country is fully prepared to counter any potential threat, and that the country's defense systems and requirements are continuously being updated and upgraded.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Brigadier General Alireza Elhami stated that the Iranian Army's Air Defense Force, utilizing the capabilities of dedicated and expert young forces, modern technologies, and knowledge-based achievements, is fulfilling its duty to safeguard the country's skies. He affirmed that the force is more prepared than ever to counter any potential threat.

The commander highlighted the role of youth in the country's defense advancements, stating that reliance on domestic capacities of the youth is among the crucial factors in the progress and power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in various fields, including in defense and air defense.

Elhami further emphasized that Iran's security, authority, and independence are the result of the wise guidance of the Supreme Leader, and that the forces are determined to strive and act in line with the Leader's directives.
