Iran Warns of Decisive Retaliation Against Future Aggressions

Tehran: Commander of the Iranian Army's Air Defense Force Brigadier General Alireza Elhami has issued a stern warning that the Armed Forces of Iran will deliver a decisive response to any new aggression by hostile forces. This declaration was made during a ceremony held at the mausoleum of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in Tehran, as part of the commemoration of the establishment of the Khatam al-Anbiya Air Defense Headquarters and in honor of those who were martyred in wars imposed on Iran. He highlighted that over 90 percent of the air-defense successes during this period, which involved both manned and unmanned aircraft as well as various projectiles, were achieved using entirely Iranian-manufactured products. General Elhami further n oted that recent battlefield experiences have been integrated into operational systems and equipment. Additionally, ongoing military research and defense institutions are developing further lessons. In a statement to reporters, he revealed that Iran's air-defense forces have recently unveiled several new systems and capabilities that were developed during the 40-day conflict. These systems are intended to communicate a message of friendship, stability, and peace to Iran's neighboring and friendly nations, while simultaneously projecting 'firmness and power' to those who threaten Iran's borders. General Elhami reiterated that should any adversary act irrationally or break promises, they would face a forceful and decisive response from Iran's armed forces. He assured that any similar actions in the future would again be met with a decisive retaliation.
