Tehran:Iran's top military commander has declared that support for the Resistance Front will persist until the liberation of occupied al-Quds. Major General Ali Abdollahi, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, highlighted the significance of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7, 2023, stating it surpassed the expectations of the Israeli regime.

According to the Islamic Republic News Agency, Major General Abdollahi, in a message on Wednesday marking the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation by Palestinian resistance groups, mentioned that the operation disrupted the calculations of the enemies of the Resistance Front and sent tremors through the Zionist entity.

He explained that the operation transformed the Resistance Front's strategy from a defensive to an offensive approach in legitimate defense of the Palestinian people, accelerating the decline of what he termed the usurping, child-killing, and oppressive Zionist regime.

General Abdollahi also asserted that the enemies of the Islamic Ummah, particularly the Zionist regime, should recognize that the sacrifices of martyrs from the Resistance Front, such as Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and Hamas leaders Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar, will ultimately lead to the end of the occupying regime.

He reiterated that the directives of the martyred leader of the Ummah, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, concerning the defense of the sacred cause of Palestine and the Resistance Front, will persist until al-Quds is liberated.
