Beijing: Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, has embarked on a significant diplomatic mission to Beijing, acting as the special representative of President Masoud Pezeshkian. His visit is aimed at engaging in high-level consultations with senior Chinese officials.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Gharibabadi is tasked with delivering a message from President Pezeshkian to the Chinese president. The discussions during this diplomatic engagement are anticipated to center around mutual interests and the enhancement of bilateral cooperation between Iran and China.

In a related diplomatic effort, Gharibabadi met with Russia's ambassador to Tehran on Tuesday. During this meeting, both parties explored avenues to strengthen bilateral relations and addressed key issues and developments that are of shared concern.
