Iran’s New Governance of Strait of Hormuz Deemed Irreversible by Army

Tehran: The spokesperson for the Iranian Army has asserted that the United States must come to terms with Iran's established control mechanisms over the Strait of Hormuz. Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia made it clear that the changes put in place by the Islamic Republic to regulate shipping through this vital waterway are permanent.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Brigadier General Akraminia, speaking at a public gathering in Tehran, highlighted the unwavering stance of the Iranian Armed Forces in ensuring the full establishment of the new governance order in the Strait of Hormuz. He emphasized that any attempts by the United States to challenge this order would result in greater costs than previously experienced, given the strengthened resolve and capabilities of Iran's military.

General Akraminia pointed out that the Iranian Armed Forces are highly motivated and prepared to defend Iran's interests, even in the face of sophisticated adversaries. He noted that Iranian forces are willing to sacrifice their lives and have demonstrated effectiveness in operations, despite facing advanced, multi-layered defense systems from potential aggressors.

He also praised the Iranian public for their enthusiastic involvement in nightly gatherings, stating that their presence has significantly boosted the morale of the Armed Forces. This public support, according to Akraminia, has reinforced the troops' commitment to defending the nation and its principles with unwavering determination.
