Tehran: Iran's Oil Minister, Mohsen Paknejad, announced that the reconstruction of oil industry facilities damaged during the US-Israeli-imposed war is making significant progress. He projected that a portion of the lost capacity would be restored by the end of the current Iranian calendar year, which concludes in late March.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Minister Paknejad emphasized that the remaining damaged capacity is anticipated to be available during the first half of the subsequent Iranian year. The reconstruction efforts are focused on four gas refineries and liquid fuel storage and loading facilities located in Tehran, which were affected during the conflict.

A substantial workforce is engaged in the restoration process. Paknejad highlighted that the progress is advancing swiftly enough to allow for weekly monitoring. This development underscores Iran's commitment to reviving its oil industry following the setbacks caused by the war.
