Tehran:The spokesperson for the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has raised concerns about the financial implications of deploying additional US military forces, posing a question about the true target of US actions.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi commented on the issue via his X account on Sunday. He highlighted the significant expenses involved in sending a new group of troops to the battlefield, coinciding with increasing prices in the United States and another reduction in oil reserves.

The general's remarks suggest an inquiry into whether the US government's actions are directed more towards Iran or if they are having an adverse effect on the American populace.
