Tehran: The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has announced the successful dismantling of two Takfiri terrorist teams in the southeastern province of Sistan-and-Baluchestan, Iran. These groups, consisting of nine terrorists, were intercepted before they could execute any sabotage activities in the region.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the Quds Headquarters of the IRGC Ground Force released a statement highlighting the seizure of a substantial amount of ammunition from the terrorists. The statement further elaborated that these dismantlements were part of a larger, ongoing counterterrorism operation initiated in November 2024.
The Quds Headquarters emphasized its commitment to continuing this large-scale operation, promising to tackle all elements contributing to insecurity in the province. The IRGC's efforts underscore their resolve in maintaining stability and security in the region.
