Judiciary Chief Vows Firm Legal Action Against Spies

Tehran: Judiciary chief Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei has reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to taking resolute legal action against foreign spies and infiltrators, while ensuring due process and justice. Speaking at a ceremony on Tuesday, Mohseni-Ejei said Iran was facing an ongoing hybrid warfare, warning: ‘The enemy is waging a cognitive war against Iran, exaggerating infiltration narratives through pseudo-media outlets.”

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mohseni-Ejei emphasized the vigilance of Iran’s security and intelligence agencies in countering infiltrators. He stated that these agencies have repeatedly thwarted attempts by foreign entities to penetrate the nation’s defenses.

Mohseni-Ejei also highlighted the unprecedented national unity during the recent 12-day war imposed by the Israeli regime. He noted that this remarkable social solidarity thwarted many enemy plots and elevated the Islamic Republic’s standing in the region and world.
