Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has underscored the strategic importance of stronger coordination between media and diplomacy in promoting Iran’s national interests. Speaking during a visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) headquarters in Tehran on Sunday, which took place ahead of National Reporters’ Day, Araqchi lauded the state broadcaster for its influential role in supporting the work of Iran’s diplomatic apparatus.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araqchi described synergy between media, diplomacy, and military forces as ‘a guarantee of Iran’s power and progress.’ He emphasized that Iran’s success in securing national interests depends on the alignment and cooperation of these sectors.

Reflecting on Iran’s resistance during the recent 12-day Israeli offensive, Araqchi called the unity between the media, diplomats, and armed forces ‘a brilliant chapter’ in the country’s modern history. ‘These three pillars worked in harmony, complementing one another. The result of this coordination was a glorious victory,’ he said.
