Tehran: The Judiciary spokesperson has warned that crimes committed against nations and Islamic movements will not go unanswered, saying those responsible will eventually be held accountable. Asghar Jahangir made the remarks on Saturday during his press conference, stressing that those behind such actions would have to answer for them.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Jahangir stated, 'Certainly, [the enemy] will be held accountable for these actions. We hope that the criminals and perpetrators of these actions will soon receive the punishment for their deeds at the hands of Muslims and freedom-seekers.'

The judiciary spokesperson also emphasized the need for media outlets to remain vigilant against enemy efforts to manipulate public priorities. Jahangir advised, 'Journalists and media outlets must be careful that the enemy seeks to make the main issues and real concerns of society appear secondary, while presenting issues of secondary importance as the main issues and priorities of society and highlighting them.'

Jahangir urged the media to avoid focusing on peripheral issues and narratives that have no significant impact on people's lives or security, warning that doing so could unintentionally serve an agenda designed by Iran's foes. Regarding the case involving the victims of the Minab tragedy and the attack on Shajareh Tayebeh School, Jahangir offered condolences to the victims' families and said the case was being investigated by the Tehran prosecutor's office. He added that a final decision would be made within two weeks and identified the Israeli regime and the US government as defendants in the case.

Jahangir also rebuked some Western media outlets for censoring the Arbaeen pilgrimage, saying they sought to ignore its scale and its religious and humanitarian message in Iran, Iraq, and other parts of the world. He mentioned, 'If human society awakens and properly recognizes the religious and human values ??inherent in this great movement, it will certainly stand against the currents of arrogance, oppression, and injustice.'
