However, Iran's nuclear capabilities, deeply rooted in knowledge and human resources, remain intact beyond physical infrastructure.

The statement highlighted that even if facilities are attacked and scientists are assassinated, the science rooted within the people survives and is passed down generations. This core belief underscores Iran's stance that its nuclear capabilities are not susceptible to external force.
