Tehran: Iran's Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education has reported that 38 people have been martyred and over 400 others wounded as a result of recent US aggression against the Islamic Republic. This announcement highlights the significant human toll of the ongoing hostilities.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Hossein Kermanpour, the head of public relations for the ministry, shared these figures on his X account, emphasizing the severity of the situation. The statement detailed that among the casualties are 22 injured women, 3 martyred women, 9 injured individuals under the age of 18, and one martyr under the age of 18.

Kermanpour further noted that 47 individuals remain hospitalized, receiving treatment for their injuries. The ministry's report underscores the ongoing impact of the conflict and the strain on Iran's medical infrastructure as it deals with the aftermath of these attacks.
