Islamabad: Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister has extended an invitation to his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, to visit Islamabad for discussions on the latest regional developments. This invitation was extended during a telephone conversation aimed at addressing significant issues impacting the region.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the public relations office of the Pakistani Foreign Ministry's spokesperson announced on Monday night that Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar engaged in a telephone conversation with Araghchi. During this dialogue, both officials exchanged views on pressing regional and international matters, notably the escalating situation in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The statement further detailed that Ishaq Dar invited the Iranian foreign minister to visit Pakistan at the earliest convenience, indicating a willingness to strengthen diplomatic ties and collaborate on addressing regional challenges.
