Turkmenbashi:President Masoud Pezeshkian has arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in two significant gatherings, the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the Environmental Summit of the Heads of Caspian Sea Littoral States.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, President Pezeshkian was received in the port city of Turkmenbashi by Rashid Meredov, who serves as both the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During his visit, President Pezeshkian is scheduled to meet with leaders from some of the participating countries on the sidelines of the summits. Additionally, his agenda includes a visit to the exhibition showcasing achievements from the CIS and Iran.
