New delhi: President Masoud Pezeshkian has met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit 2026 in New Delhi.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, during the meeting that took place on Friday, Pezeshkian emphasized the need to expand cooperation and continue strategic agreements between the two countries. He highlighted the shared commonalities between Iran and India, suggesting that these could significantly contribute to the expansion of bilateral cooperation.
