During a specialized meeting on Wednesday to follow up on the process of increasing production and resolving imbalances in the Ministry of Oil, Pezeshkian emphasized the need to accelerate the implementation of priority projects in this sector, particularly those related to the collection of flare gases.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Pezeshkian noted that a significant portion of the country's financial issues can be resolved through collecting, processing, and selling flare gas. He considered this a clear example of improving efficiency and reforming the energy sector's economic structure.
