Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Gambian counterpart have emphasized the expansion of friendly relations between the two countries in all fields of mutual interest. During a phone conversation late on Tuesday, Araghchi congratulated the holy month of Ramadan to the foreign minister, the government, and the people of Gambia. He expressed Iran's readiness to develop bilateral relations as well as coordinate positions at the level of international organizations.According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mamadou Tangara congratulated the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan to Araghchi, the government, and the people of Iran. He underlined his government's determination to expand friendly relations between the two countries. The two sides reviewed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation as well as regional and international developments.
