Riyadh: Vice Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Mishaal Al-Sulami met today with the Chairman of the Iraqi-Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee in the Iraqi Parliament, Sheikh Shaalan Al-Karim and his accompanying delegation during their official visit to Saudi Arabia. The two sides discussed various topics of common interest. Al-Sulami underscored the depth of ties between Saudi Arabia and Iraq, highlighting the significance of parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening cooperation and enhancing relations across all sectors to further the interests of the two brotherly countries. Al-Karim expressed pleasure at visiting the Shura Council and meeting with the Saudi-Iraqi Parliamentary Friendship Committee members and hailed the development of relations in all fields.
