Iran: Iran's top security official has declared that the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until the United States revises its policies towards Tehran. The official outlined several conditions, including the cessation of military aggression and the lifting of sanctions against Iran.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr, the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, stated in a message on Saturday that the United States must halt its threats against Iran and stop insulting its religious sanctities. He demanded a permanent end to US military actions against Iran and its allies in Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, and Iraq.

Zolghadr also urged the United States to lift its maritime blockade, withdraw its naval and air forces from the vicinity of Iran, compensate Iran fully for the damages from two imposed wars, and remove the sanctions that have been placed on the Iranian population. Furthermore, he insisted on the unconditional release of Iranian assets that have been frozen or seized.

"The Strait of Hormuz will not open until America corrects its behavior," Zolghadr asserted, emphasizing that the Supreme National Security Council is resolute in its stance, whether in conflict or diplomatic negotiations.
