The Tariq Abdulhakim Center in historic Jeddah is gearing up to host a series of engaging events to commemorate the Kingdom's 94th National Day. From September 19 to 23, 2024, the center will offer a mix of entertainment and cultural activities suitable for all ages, including Tariq Abdulhakim Museum. Visitors will be able to explore the museum daily, to delve into the rich history of Saudi music and art. Karaoke sessions, workshops for artistic development, and face painting for children will create a fun and interactive atmosphere. A calligraphy booth will enable visitors to experience the beauty of Arabic script, and a souvenir shop will offer unique keepsakes. The festivities will culminate with a special concert on September 23, featuring a choral performance by school students of national songs followed by an artistic performance. The Tariq Abdulhakim Center, opened in 2023 by the Ministry of Culture, aims to preserve the legacy of the renowned musician Tariq Abdulhakim and document the Kingdom's mu sical heritage.
