- Within the framework of existing cooperation between the World Bank Group (WBG) and the Saudi Ministry of Finance, the WBG has announced the opening of registration for the Junior Professional Associates (JPA) Program for those interested in international development.The program is a three-year learning and work experience in a dynamic, innovative, and multicultural organization.The program uses strong analytical skills and helps improve participants' research capacity and technical knowledge so they can contribute towards addressing the world's most pressing development challenges. Participants will collaborate with talented professionals and project teams and will be part of program activities supported across operational and institutional functions.Newly graduated applicants from various majors are recruited as part of a three-year recruitment program, serving at the WBG headquarters in Washington, DC, and at WBG offices worldwide.Participants must be 32 years or younger, have at least a bach elor's degree, and be proficient in English.
