Tel Aviv: The Yemeni Armed Forces have launched two missile attacks targeting Ben Gurion Airport and another crucial location in Tel Aviv, as confirmed by spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the missile strikes were a direct response to the ongoing situation in Gaza, which includes what is described as genocide and the recent storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound by Israeli settlers. Brigadier General Saree emphasized the need for action to support the Palestinian people, urging global solidarity to uphold justice and defend humanity against these acts.
The first missile strike involved a Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missile aimed at Ben Gurion Airport in Jaffa, while the second operation utilized a Zulfiqar ballistic missile targeting a significant location in the eastern occupied territories. Saree confirmed the success of both operations, noting that the attacks led to millions of Israeli settlers seeking shelter.
In addition to the panic caused, Saree reported that aid traffic at Ben Gurion Airport was suspended following the missile strike, indicating significant disruption to operations.
