Tehran:The secretary-general of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Ziyad al-Nakhalah, praised the martyred Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, emphasizing that his legacy will continue to serve as a significant symbol of resistance against Zionist hegemony.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, al-Nakhalah made these comments on the third anniversary of the 'Al-Aqsa Storm' operation. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Palestinian people to their historical rights, despite the challenging conditions they face.

Al-Nakhalah described the 'Al-Aqsa Storm' as a natural response to the Zionist regime's aggression, emphasizing that the Palestinian resistance against Israeli actions remains steadfast. He characterized the ongoing struggle against Zionist hegemony as a battle of one nation against a singular enemy, underscoring the persistence of this conflict against the Zionist project and its allies.
