According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the top Iranian diplomat conveyed his congratulations through a message to al-Hayya, expressing Iran's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause. Araghchi's message underscored Iran's commitment to supporting the Palestinian people's efforts to overcome the challenges posed by occupation, apartheid, and colonialism.

In his message, Araghchi emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran's firm support for what he described as the legitimate struggles of the Palestinian people against the Zionist regime. The message reflects the long-standing alliance between Iran and Hamas, particularly in their shared opposition to Israel.
