Tehran: The ambassadors of the Islamic Republic of Iran to three European countries met and held talks with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. Mohammad Reza Sabouri, Mohammad Amin-Nejad, and Ali Mousavi-the ambassadors of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Rome, Paris, and London, respectively-met and held discussions today. According to Islamic Republic News Agency, during these meetings, the latest status of bilateral relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Italy, France, and the UK, as well as regional and international developments and the trajectory of Iran's ties with European nations, were reviewed and discussed. The Iranian ambassadors to these European nations also presented reports on the latest developments in their respective areas of assignment, the course of political and diplomatic engagements, and the key issues on the agenda of relations with their host countries. Emphasizing the necessity of leveraging all diplomatic capacities to safeguard national interests, Araghchi underscored t he importance of continuing active consultations, articulating the principled positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and responsibly pursuing bilateral and multilateral issues with European countries.
