Araqchi Recounts Unforgettable Evening in Damascus.

Damascus: Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi describes a classic dinner along with warm-hearted Syrian people in Damascus as one of his unforgettable experiences. Araghchi took to his X social media network on Monday morning to share his remarkable moment during his short stay in the Syrian capital and interaction with ordinary people there. According to Islamic Republic News Agency, after an important meeting with the President of Syria, and a delightful pilgrimage to the shrine of Hazrat Ruqayyah (SA), Araghchi enjoyed the city's famous shawarma at the Dajajati restaurant in the Mezzeh area, alongside the warm-hearted people of Damascus. He shared this experience in Arabic, posting along with some pictures of the evening. Araghchi emphasized that while shawarma can be found everywhere, the authentic shawarma belongs to Damascus, a culinary tradition that dates back more than a century. He specifically highlighted Dajajati Restaurant as a renowned hotspot for both tourists and locals, situated in Damas cus' upscale Mezzeh Neighborhood.
