Bandar abbas: The commander of Iran Navy Southern Fleet says that resistance of the Iranian nation during the recent war disrupted the enemy's calculations and prevented the realization of its strategic objectives. Addressing a gathering in Bandar Abbas on Monday, Rear Admiral Abbas Hasani said this war brought damage, but one of its achievements was redefining the concept of resistance.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the Iranian people, at the peak of bombardment and missile attacks, not only did not abandon effort and service, but continued their activities with greater seriousness, he added. The enemy expected to reach its goals in Iran quickly. Still, the people's resistance changed that, and reality on the ground turned out very different from what the enemy had expected, he noted.
