Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his staff have visited Imam Khomeini's mausoleum to renew allegiance to the ideals of the late founder of the Islamic Republic.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the visit took place as Iran prepares to mark the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution on Bahman 22 (February 11, 2026). The visit occurred a day before Bahman 12, which commemorates Imam Khomeini's historic return to Iran from exile back in 1979.
