Geneva: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced that further progress has been achieved in diplomatic engagements with the United States held in Geneva, Switzerland. According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araghchi shared on his X account that the recent round of talks was the most intense to date, resulting in a mutual understanding to continue detailed discussions on crucial issues such as sanctions termination and nuclear-related steps. In addition to the political discussions, technical teams are set to meet in Vienna in the coming days, highlighting the critical nature of their mission. Araghchi expressed gratitude to Oman for its mediation efforts and thanked Switzerland for hosting the latest round of talks.
