Beirut: The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps' Quds Force, Brigadier General Esmail Qa'ani, has proclaimed that Hezbollah's victory over 'the vile Zionists' is inevitable. This statement follows an Israeli airstrike on Beirut's southern suburb of Dahiyeh.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Qa'ani delivered a message on Sunday through IRNA and Sepah News, urging people worldwide to witness the anticipated triumph of Hezbollah. "People of the world, let everyone watch with more open eyes. The victory of the great resistance of the heroic Hezbollah over the vile Zionists is on the way. God willing," he stated. Qa'ani emphasized that Lebanon's independence is recognized through Hezbollah's sacrifices rather than through the reliance of some of its leaders.

The statement was released after Israeli warplanes targeted Dahiyeh, a recognized Hezbollah stronghold. Lebanon's Civil Defense organization reported that the airstrike resulted in at least three fatalities and six injuries.

Additionally, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf expressed his views on the situation via his X account. He criticized the United States, claiming that the Zionist aggression on Dahiyeh demonstrated the U.S.'s lack of will or capability to uphold its commitments. "You cannot gain concessions by giving the regime a green light," Ghalibaf remarked.
