Beijing:Referring to his consultations with the Chinese Foreign Minister, Ali Bagheri Kani, Deputy for International Affairs of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran and the People's Republic of China share common views on many international and regional issues.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Bagheri Kani emphasized that the objective of his visit to China was to transform these shared perspectives into concrete areas of cooperation between the two nations. This process, he noted, requires ongoing discussion and consultation between the parties.

Bagheri Kani also highlighted that under current circumstances, and within the framework of the Islamic Republic of Iran's purposeful and active diplomacy, consultations with other actors, particularly international powers, are on the diplomatic agenda of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
