Doha:Qatar is actively engaged in ongoing diplomatic efforts to bridge differences between Tehran and Washington, according to Majed al-Ansari, spokesperson for the Qatari Foreign Ministry. Both nations are currently reviewing various proposals as regional countries coordinate to achieve a diplomatic solution.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Ansari stated during a news briefing carried by Al Jazeera that efforts to resolve the crisis between the United States and Iran are still in progress. Washington and Tehran are considering proposals aimed at establishing the necessary conditions for an agreement.
