Tehran: Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Esmaeil Baqaei, has issued a strong condemnation of recent attacks by Zionist settlers in the West Bank. These actions, reportedly supported by the occupying army, included assaults on two mosques in Ramallah and attacks on homes, as well as physical assaults on Palestinians and destruction of their property and farms. According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Baqaei labeled these actions as part of the Zionist regime's ongoing colonial and genocidal policies in the occupied territories of Palestine. He also expressed regret over the inaction of international and human rights organizations. Baqaei criticized the United Nations and its Security Council for their lack of response, suggesting that their silence has emboldened the Zionist regime, allowing it to continue committing serious international offenses against Palestinians and other regional countries.
