Tehran: Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has declared that Iran is fully prepared to counter any potential threats, criticizing the United States for its continued military buildup in the region. He argues that this buildup contradicts Washington's expressed intentions of ending ongoing conflicts.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Ghalibaf expressed his concerns in a post on X, where he highlighted the inconsistency between the United States' actions and its public statements. He noted that while US officials claim to seek an end to the war, they continue to introduce new military equipment into the region.

Ghalibaf further criticized US officials for underestimating Iran's capacity to understand and respond to these developments. He remarked that the US had assessed Iran's intelligence based on their own limited perspective, asserting that Iran has become adept at recognizing what he termed as "American games." Ghalibaf affirmed that Iran has adequately prepared itself for any potential aggression.

In his statements, Ghalibaf emphasized the importance of aligning actions with public declarations, reaffirming Iran's readiness to respond decisively to any hostile actions.
