Beirut: In a post on its X account on Sunday, the Iran embassy condemned Israeli attacks on Beirut’s southern suburbs, stating that the scope of crimes and aggressions committed by the Zionist regime has expanded to include these areas. The embassy described the attacks as a clear signature of the Israeli terrorist entity, which threatens innocent civilians of the Lebanese nation.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, today, the Zionist regime continued its aerial assaults and violated the ceasefire in Lebanon by carrying out an airstrike in the southern suburbs. Reports indicate that five people were martyred and twenty others were injured in the Israeli aggression on Dahiyeh on Sunday.

The embassy’s message also emphasized that these acts of aggression will not break the determination of the rightful owners or weaken their resolve in confronting oppression.
