Iran Emphasizes Continued Documentation of US and Israeli Actions

Tehran:Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, Kazem Gharibabadi, has stressed the importance of ongoing documentation of crimes and damages from military actions by the United States and the Israeli regime, with the intention of reporting these to international organizations.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Gharibabadi made these remarks during a meeting in Tehran focused on government agencies' interactions with regional and international organizations. The gathering included officials responsible for international affairs.

He urged government bodies to prepare annual plans for cooperation with international organizations and to assess the value of continued participation.

He assured that the Foreign Ministry would support and guide government agencies in their interactions with international organizations. He noted that, during recent conflicts, government agencies collaborated closely with the Foreign Ministry to report and document crimes and damages, while corresponding with international organizations to protest the actions.

Gharibabadi emphasized that this process should extend beyond wartime and that all opportunities should be utilized to highlight these crimes. He also suggested that cooperation projects with UN specialized agencies should align with national needs and priorities, and that some projects could be tailored to provincial priorities.

During the meeting, government representatives expressed a need for improved information on significant international developments.
