Tehran:Government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani has emphasized Iran's resilience against its adversaries, particularly highlighting the importance of exposing US-Israeli crimes through various platforms.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mohajerani spoke at the unveiling ceremony of a book titled "Khunabeh Minab" (Minab's Bloody Waters), which documents a deadly US bombing of a school in southern Iran. She stated that cinema, theater, novels, poetry, and painting should be utilized to reveal the actions taken by the enemy against Iran.
Mohajerani stressed that art plays a crucial role in storytelling, especially regarding the tragedies faced during imposed wars. She described Iran as steadfast yet aggrieved, standing tall against aggressive American and Israeli rulers.
She honored the sacrifices made by Iranians, noting the country's deep familiarity with the culture of martyrdom, with over 200,000 martyrs in a single historical period. This demonstrates the nation's enduring spirit.
Mohajerani also referred to the US atrocity at the Shajareh Tayyebah School in Minab, expressing that the tragedy deeply affected everyone. She emphasized the necessity of art in vividly portraying such events to prevent their recurrence.
In discussing "Khunabeh Minab," she extended gratitude to the author, who spent nearly forty days in Minab to complete the work, hoping it would effectively convey the suffering endured by Iranian children during the US-Israeli-imposed war.
