Mashhad:Iran's Judiciary Chief, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i, paid homage to the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, during a visit to his mausoleum at the holy shrine of Imam Reza [PBUH] in Mashhad late Monday.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mohseni-Eje'i's visit to Mashhad was also to attend the closing ceremony of the International Convention of Expatriate Mujahideen.

Ayatollah Khamenei was assassinated in Tehran on February 28, 2026, amidst acts of aggression by the United States and the Israeli terrorist regimes against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
