Tehran:Iran's Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, Mehrdad Akhlaghi, has announced that the country's response to ongoing threats will be centered on enhancing its defensive readiness and capabilities rather than participating in rhetorical exchanges.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Akhlaghi shared via social media that he dedicates the first hour of his workday to addressing the requirements of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force and the Army's Air Defense Force.

The minister emphasized that Iran's strategy includes leveraging new technologies to transform threats into heightened preparedness and more robust defensive capabilities. Akhlaghi also affirmed the commitment of the Iranian people to protect their homeland at any cost.
