Iran to Rebuild More Magnificent Than Before: VP

Tehran: First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref, in response to the US-Israeli war of aggression against Iran, has stated that the Iranian people are determined to make the Islamic Republic more glorious than before. Aref emphasized that despite the destruction of infrastructure, the resilience of the Iranian people will lead to the restoration and enhancement of their nation.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Aref highlighted on his X network in Persian the recent American and Zionist bombings that targeted vital infrastructure, including roads and bridges. He expressed confidence in the Iranian people's ability to repair these damages, underscoring the collective effort of citizens coming together to support rebuilding efforts. Material dealers in urban areas are offering cement, while villagers are providing free reinforcement materials to aid in the reconstruction process.

The Vice President noted that the reconstruction efforts extend beyond physical infrastructure, symbolizing the unity of the nation and government. "With this spirit, we will make Iran more magnificent than before," Aref asserted, reflecting on the solidarity and determination among the Iranian people.

Since the war's onset on February 28, the US and Israeli forces have committed various atrocities against Iran, including the assassination of Iran's Leader, military commanders, and civilians. The US-Israeli aggression has resulted in significant civilian casualties, including the tragic killing of 168 children in an attack on Shajareh Tayyebeh School of Minab, as well as the drowning of unarmed sailors aboard the Dena corvette during a non-combat voyage. Additionally, widespread bombings have targeted civilian areas and critical installations, such as hospitals, factories, and water treatment facilities.
